The Grand Valley State Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams began a busy four-game week-long stretch to conclude the regular season on the road this past weekend in Saginaw and Sault Ste. Marie against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals (Thursday) and Lake Superior State Lakers (Saturday).
The weekend featured the women’s team pulling off a weekend sweep away from home, while the men’s team suffered a pair of tough losses that eventually put them out of the top spot in the GLIAC standings with two games remaining.

The GVSU Men and Women wrap up the regular season this week with a pair of rivalry tilts in the annual Crosstown Showdown on the road followed by the Anchor-Bone clash back at home:
