The #6-ranked Grand Valley State Football team finished non-conference action this past Saturday night back at home inside Lubbers Stadium for a Family Day matchup against the Judson Eagles in the first all-time meeting between the two schools.
From start to finish, it was all GVSU as they put forth a record-setting night to cap off non-conference play with a massive exclamation point and stay unbeaten on the season at 4-0 heading into the Bye Week.
With the loss, Judson fell to 0-3.

Following the Bye Week, the Lakers will open up GLIAC play on Saturday, October 3rd as the Wayne State Warriors take trip across the state to Allendale for a 3 pm kickoff inside Lubbers Stadium for Homecoming the Battle for the Wooden Shoes Trophy.
